Q: What is this site about?
A: atcosonline.com is a community based site for air traffic controllers from around the world. It provides a free platform where each registered user may have a personal blog, post news, forum topics and comment on other users posts.

Q: How can I contact you?
A: On the top right menu, click the "Contact" link and fill all the necessary fields (marked with *)

Q: How do I find information located on atcosonline.com?
A: Use the search field which is located on the top right of the page. You may also browse our archives by clicking on the "Archives"  link located on the top menu.

Q: How do I become a registered user?
A: Click on the "Create new account" link in the user login block and provide a username and your e-mail address. Optionally, you may provide your real name, country and birth year. An e-mail will be sent to you with all the necessary information in order to complete the registration process.

Creating Content
Q: How do I add News? (Only for registered users)
A: Login and click on the "Create Content > News" link. In the "Submit News" page, fill the title and the body fields. Note that if the story is copyright protected you have to include only a summary and also the URL of the original news story by filling the "Original news story URL"  field.
If needed, you can also attach a file to your news post by using the "File attachments" field located at the bottom of the page. Please note that each uploaded file must not exceed 1MB in size and each registered user has a total upload limit of 10MB.
When finished scroll down and press "Submit".

Q: How do I add a post to my blog? (Only for registered users)
A: Login and click on the "Create Content > Blog entry" link. In the "Submit Blog entry" page, fill the title and the body fields.

Q: How do I add a Forum topic? (Only for registered users)
A: Login and click on the "Create Content > Forum Topic"  link. In the "Submit Forum topic"  page, fill the title and the body fields. Also, select carefully the category of your forum topic post from the list "Forums".

Q: How do I edit my profile?
A: First, access your account by clicking on the "My account"  link of the user menu. Click the "Edit"  tab in order to view or change your account information.
