To proof ATC is considered as very stressful job

Hi everybody,
We (Iranian ATC association) are collecting any official documents and papers to proof that ATC is considered as very stressful job in the world. We need to convince Parliament about this matter. Otherwise, they will recognize ATC the same as other jobs such as University Bachelor Degree's level and pay the same. (As they did till now)
This is our final step. Please would you send me any papers, documents or website that would help us?

Hi. Have a look at a study of the International Labour Organization (ILO) here:  http://www.ilo.org/public/english/protection/safework/stress/trafctr.htm
Also you can ask IFATCA for information on salaries and benefits of ATCOs in other countries. Per capita income will differ in each country, but it's useful to compare ATCOs' salaries with other occupations requiring a university degree. In most cases ATCOs earn more.
