ATC AGING

Hello everyone, i'm new in this blog, I will be very content if anybody can help me with a work that
I have to do, It's about ATC AGING and the problem (if there's any) about that.
I was searching but I could'nt find anything

Do you mean controllers getting old and tired, equipment getting obsolete, procedures in need of change? Also in which region? Europe, USA, Asia? Please specify.

Yes that's rigt about ATC getting tired and old, do you have some infomation about that???

You may find useful the US case, with lots of air traffic controllers now retiring almost at the same time, because they were all hired after the 1981 PATCO strike under the Reagan administration. The FAA is trying to hire and train many more.
